Sydney, Australia — 10 March 2026 — EPG Group today announced that its managed payroll division, EPG Payroll & HR Pty Ltd, will formally integrate into Xemplo Pty Ltd from 1 April 2026.
The integration reflects EPG Group’s continued investment in technology-enabled workforce services and strengthens the connection between payroll processing and the broader workforce management capabilities delivered through the Xemplo platform.
For existing clients, there will be no change to payroll delivery. The Payroll service will continue to operate as it does today, supported by the same team, processes, governance controls and service levels.
The integration enables deeper alignment between payroll processing and the wider workforce lifecycle, connecting payroll with onboarding, employment and compliance management within a single platform environment.
By bringing these capabilities together, organisations gain improved integration, greater visibility across their workforce data and increased automation across the hire-to-pay lifecycle.
As part of the next stage of development, Xemplo will introduce an AI-powered compliance layer designed to enhance payroll governance and operational oversight. This capability aims to move payroll from reactive processing toward more proactive and intelligent orchestration, providing real-time compliance validation, automated audit-ready evidence and predictive insights to support compliant payroll operations.
The integration also follows Xemplo’s recent acquisition of a New Zealand-based payroll software business, further strengthening the company’s investment in modern, in-house payroll capability and product development.
EPG Group will continue to focus on delivering its broader workforce services across payroll, employment and compliance, supported by the Xemplo platform.
